Customer Service Representative - Temp to Perm or Direct Hire (for the ideal candidate)
- Learning all products!
- Customer service for all local business: take incoming calls, enter orders (via phone, email, fax, etc.) and answer customer questions
- Sales support for outside reps - includes quote generation, pricing information, file/database management, setting customers up with online ordering, etc.
- First point of contact for customer issues - will either resolve on own or forward as needed. Issues can be anything from billing discrepancies, wrong product, etc.
This is an extremely fast-paced role with little to no downtime.
Previous experience in a distribution environment is strongly preferred.
Associate's Degree preferred.
*Must have strong Word and Excel!
