Customer Service Representative

CSR needed to assist the department after a long-tenured rep recently retired.
Role consists of:
- Order entry
- Answering incoming phones
- Communicating/dealing with salespeople, customers, etc.
- Handling and responding to emails
Ideal candidate is very personable, a quick learner, someone who has the willingness to learn the products and take on challenges. Position may eventually include process improvement to bring procedures up to date.
Manufacturing knowledge strongly desired along with knowledge of distribution channels, etc.
*MUST HAVE ERP EXPERIENCE!!! They use JDE (Oracle-based) so anyone who has exposure to Oracle or SAP will be able to pick it up quickly.
Will train on 1 product line but eventually branch out (there are 7 product lines in total).
- MUST HAVE STRONG ORDER ENTRY/CSR EXPERIENCE!
Client estimates the duration to be 2-3 months. Interviewing/starting ASAP for the right candidate (personality, willingness, etc.). Client does not want a warm body - MUST HAVE STRONG ORDER ENTRY/CSR EXPERIENCE!
