Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative needed on a temporary-to-hire basis for local distributor of healthcare products.
MUST speak fluent Spanish!
- Handling all inbound calls from customers
- Order entry
- Answering questions from customers on products
- Working with internal departments to resolve issues related to missing shipments, wrong products, etc.
Must be friendly, professional and well spoken. A pro-active demeanor and eagerness to learn and grow is required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook email.
Hours: 11:00am to 7:30pm, 30 minute lunch
Candidates MUST speak fluent Spanish and be able to provide at least TWO professional references!
