Customer Service Rep

Small, family-owned company looking for a Customer Service Rep. Will train on all aspects but must have aptitude, a strong and professional phone manner, strong data entry and basic Excel skills.
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to pricing and delivery inquiries
- Order entry into ERP (Windows-based) system
- Logging purchase orders
- Pulling stock and assembling product for shipment: will be required to go to the warehouse area, find parts and assemble into 4-5 pound boxes, create shipping label and ship product (absolutely no heavy lifting required)
- Lots of phone contact with hospitals, department managers, doctor's offices, etc.
Ideal candidate is personable, has good phone skills and wants a long-term place to stay.
Family-owned company, about 9 employees on-site in the office. Most employees have been there 10+ years (head CSR has been there 30 years!).
9am-5pm with an hour lunch
