Indefinite temporary opportunity with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Ideal scenario will start at 20-25 hours/week and eventually transition into full-time hours.
Role will support the Office Manager and provide general customer service and clerical support.
- Answering phones (can oftentimes be extremely busy!)
- Data entry into their software
- Provide customer service in-person and over the phone for bookings, etc.
- Eventually will do some sales (taking customer's information and "closing")
- Email in Outlook
8am-12pm Monday-Friday but they can be flexible (i.e. if someone needs Mom's hours, that could work)
Client is looking for someone comfortable multitasking as they are a small company and everyone wears many hats and helps out where needed. Person must have a positive attitude and be a "go getter.
