Temporary Customer Service Specialist - 1-3 months - Canton

Heavy data entry, processing orders, reception coverage, customer service and general office duties. Must be detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills. Mon-Fri full time hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for customers
  • Handle catalog and sample request inquiries for internal and external customers
  • Handle customer returns and coordinate necessary paperwork
  • Research / resolve customer issues within expected time frame
  • Track shipments, product availability, answers for billing
  • Answer questions on our products
  • Customer follow up 
  • Administrative and other duties, as requested
  • Communicate order status changes, confirm orders and other customer issues as they arise.
  • Communicate with internal departments to insure orders are filled in a complete and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate / complete customer files (database and hard copy).
  • Other tasks and duties as required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient with MS Windows and Outlook
  • Sage experience
  • Strong data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Effective and professional communication
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work in a busy work area
