HR Administrative Assistant - Part Time Position

Software consulting firm and looking for a dedicated, career-driven individual to join us. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department on all HR related matters, including, but not limited to, answering employee requests and questions, processing confidential paperwork, scheduling and coordinating meetings. 

DUTIES:

• Prepare on boarding documents for all new hires 

• Work on employees payroll and other administrative work

• work on Immigration  documents related to employees and follow  up with Legal team

• Assist with employee benefits questions , status reports, Timesheets, Invoices

• Follow up with vendors on payments

• Effective coordination of all HR documents and approval of HR documents

• Review inquiries and meeting requests from (Marketing, Sales, and Administrative team)

 Qualifications:  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Access

• Good  knowledge on quick books software

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Flexibility to respond to quickly changing priorities
