Temp-to-hire opportunity. Client will entertain entry-level options that have strong aptitude and an excellent phone manner with strong PC skills.

Position reports to the Customer Service Manager. 

Inside Sales/Customer Service Support

  • Provide inside sales support for assigned territory, accounts and product lines
  • Support Regional Sales Managers by responding to customer inquiries for orders, quotations and product information
  • Directly interface with customers, sales reps and distributors to resolve all requests and/or issues
  • Process all orders, ensuring all information regarding pricing and delivery requirements is accurate and processing order changes as needed
  • Prepare and track quotations, working with Regional Managers 
  • Follow up with sales reps on potential sales leads, provide additional support/information to customers as needed
  • Maintain special pricing agreements and annual contracts
  • Filing, backing up switchboard as needed, clerical tasks as needed, assist other territories as needed

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
