Part-time Sales Administrator needed to support the President & Vice President of local company.
Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Providing sales support to President & VP including creating and interpreting deal sheets in Excel, sales data reports in Excel
- May cross train/assist with customer service (answering phones, etc.) Must have professional phone etiquette.
- May assist with coordinating food shows/events.
- Will be navigating many different websites so must be comfortable with web portals.
Ideal candidate is an energetic, team player. Office is small (about 7) and open so they need someone who can fit in and help wherever needed. Must troubleshoot problems and take initiative to think outside the box.
Must have prior sales support experience ideally from a food brokerage and be familiar with the sales process, gross margins, gross profit, etc.
Strong proficiency in MS Office required! Including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
